TO CATCH UP...We drove from Sweetwater to LAKE NAKURU and saw the 2 million pink flamingoes on the lake...this sight is more than any words can express.  Pink everywhere and even peach colored pelicans.  Same day we hit the equator and watched water go both clock and counter clock wise on each side of the hemispheres.  We could stand between the two...very cool.  We stopped at a point on the GREAT RIFT VALLEY AND TOOK SPECTACULAR PICTURES!!!!#

Here at Masai Mara we have seen absolutely every animal imaginable.  Just this morning we came across 6 cheetas on prowl and saw 2 leopards in bush ahead of them...then saw a female lion crouching onto a herd of zebras.  Saw 2 male lions yesterday that sat very nicely for photo ops....Many of these animal do not mind the 'pavarazzi'  SPELLING ............

We fly from here tomorrow back to Nairobi then to Amboseli for 2 days then off to Tanzania.   ThESE ARE the most awesome sights and times of my life...I can't even express.

 Will sign off for now....

LOVE TO ALL OF YOU....WE BLOG YET ANOTHER DAY!!!##

JAMBO FRIENDS AND FAMILY\\\\1

I am sorry we haven't gotten to the blogs until now but couldn't find our 'blog info' on how to do this and had some internet issues at other places....HOWEVER....HERE WE ARE!!!!  Oh my dears....this land is beyond belief!  We spent 4 days in Nairobi and petted baby elephants, baby cheetahs, saw various tribal dances of KENYA and spent a whole day in the hills of Machakos visiting quarries where they make their own bricks for buildings BY HAND.....visited some of Williams friends who farm their land and completely live off it...women here build the homes!!!!  Then visited a KAMBA village where the people welcomed us with song and dance and fed us a real African lunch....These people are the warmest, friendliest people in the whole world!!!  NEXT on to 2 differenet schools where the children also greeted us with song and dance where we had a chance to intermingle with these most gorgeous children.  MY heart exploded with love!!!

Then off to Mt Kenya to stay at Mt Lodge overnight.   HUGH watering hole where animals came to drink and we could watch from balconies surrounding this most beautiful lodge.  The food here by the way is out of control delicious!!!

Next off to Samburu for 2 days of SAFAR GAME VIEWING....OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!! Saw simba first day....LION IN SWAHILI....we have seen all five of the great mammals....lions, leopards, elephants, water buffalo, and petted a rhino yesterday!!  We usually have 2 game drives each day... VERY early as the animals are simple not on my late morning schedule and do not seem to want to comply....so we are gladly up at 6 and off to observe.  The sightings are too incredible for words!!!

We next left for Sweetwater where I write this blog before taking off for the lake where the pink flamingos are by the 'BAZILLIONS'....lunch there then off to the MASAI MARA where we will stay for 3 days.  Should be able to blog again from there.

I wish everyone one of you could  be here with me.  I am writing every sigting and adventure in my journal daily.  i must never forget a moment of this great adventure.  If any of you go anywhere in your lifetime, it must be on this african safar i....and it must be through WONI....William and his whole family make you feel as if you are part of their family and make sure you experience the true AFRICAN ADVENTURE.

I never want to leave...but in my heart...I never shall.

MY love to all of you for now....KWAHERI

 THIS IS AJABU SANA.....AWESOME!!!!
